Early-access planning software

FlayPlan provides mission planning, cloud storage and Android mission transfer. Aircraft builds require DJI app registration and testing with the supported aircraft and controller. Early-access software and previews are not a guarantee of flight readiness, survey accuracy or obstacle clearance.

Pilot responsibility

Review every mission, altitude reference, camera setting and terrain snapshot before flight. Terrain data can be old or inaccurate and does not reliably include buildings, vegetation or wires. The pilot is responsible for site assessment, aircraft condition, airspace permissions, local flight rules and maintaining control of the aircraft.

Accounts and missions

Keep your account secure and upload only content you are authorized to use. You retain ownership of your mission data. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access or interference with other users. Access can be suspended for misuse; suspension alone does not cancel an existing subscription.

Subscriptions

Published paid plans disclose their currency, price and billing period before Stripe checkout. Subscriptions renew for that period until canceled through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. New price changes apply to new subscriptions; existing subscriptions keep their Stripe price unless a separate change is agreed. Features and storage limits can change; saved missions remain readable when your plan changes, while editing or transferring can require the appropriate plan.

Cancellation and support

Use Account to manage payment details, invoices and cancellation. Contact office@flayplan.com for billing questions, refund requests, account closure or technical support. Any rights that apply under your local consumer law remain unaffected.

FlayPlan is independent software and is not affiliated with DJI or Dronelink. Third-party map, terrain, aircraft SDK and payment services have their own terms and availability.
