Privacy notice

Information used to provide FlayPlan

We store your name, email, a password hash, account settings, subscription status and the missions you save. Mission files can include precise site and takeoff coordinates. Your cloud library is private to your account. Administrators can manage accounts, plans and access.

Hosting, maps and payments

Hostinger hosts the website, database and email. Stripe handles subscription checkout, payment information and invoices; FlayPlan does not receive your full card number. Viewing maps or downloading terrain sends the requested map or elevation tile locations and your network address to OpenStreetMap tile services or the Mapzen terrain archive on AWS. These providers operate their own services and privacy policies.

Email and contact forms

Account emails provide verification and recovery links. Contact form messages are sent to michael.asgian@gmail.com with your supplied reply address. Delivery records and failed message bodies are kept to troubleshoot mail; successfully delivered message bodies are removed from the web database. A copy can remain in the receiving mailbox.

Sessions and devices

Essential, secure session cookies keep you signed in. FlayPlan does not use advertising trackers. Android stores downloaded missions locally; those copies remain on the device when you sign out or remove a cloud mission. Anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to open its local library.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, change your password, sign out other sessions and download your account data in Account. Free accounts can delete their account and cloud missions there. To close a billed account or make another privacy request, contact office@flayplan.com. Billing records may need to remain with Stripe for accounting and transaction records. Hosting backups may retain deleted data until they rotate.
